Welcome to our new home! It has been a chaotic month or so since we took possession of the Artful Lodger: moving in, unpacking, fetching our furniture from (it seems) the four corners of south-western Ontario, getting internet, phones, computers, and other systems up and running... At the same time, Grant has been busy with extensive renovations to the living room / dining room area; and Rochelle has hit the ground running in her new career as fundraising and development officer at the Stratford Chefs School. 

Things are finally approaching normalcy as we near festival season in Stratford. The guest areas, at least, are ready for our first guests to arrive. If you have already booked a room with us (the previous owner was kind enough to handle the bookings for us until May 1), we should already have been in touch with you to confirm your reservation and obtain information about any special requirements you might have. If you are new to this website, your patience and persistence is appreciated while we work out the bugs in the systems. We will do our best to make you feel at home in our bed and breakfast.

Check-In:
We accommodate any arrival time we can, but please let us know when to expect you to ensure that one of us is here to greet you.

Check-Out:
Check out time is 11.00am. I will extend this if I am able, but often guest arrivals make it difficult.

Deposit:
A deposit of your first nights charges is required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation:
If you cancel 10 days or more prior to your arrival date I will be pleased to refund your deposit, subject to an administration charge of $10.00.
